Electrocautery

Electrocautery - device that uses high-frequency electric current. In dentistry it is used to treat the soft tissue of the oral cavity (gums, mucosal folds, frenulum). The biggest advantage of this device is that it allows the doctor to perform gentle cut, which does not bleed. This makes a very clear surgical field, which significantly facilitates the work of the surgeon and the performance itself is therefore more accurate. For the patient, the treatment is completely painless, because local anesthesia is applied prior to the performance. Operation performance is very comfortable for the patient because there is no bleeding into the oral cavity. Wounds heal better and with less post-operative pain.
